Day 1: Meeting.
Transfer from Airport and accommodation in 3 star hotel

Day 2: Mtskheta-Gori-Uplistsikhe

Till V century Mtskheta (UNESCO Heritage site) was the capital of Georgia. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral church (XI), Jvari Monastery (VI), which built on place where St. Nino put her sacred cross in IV century.

Gori – established by King David IV Aghmashenebeli. Population 60000. Located near confluence of Mtkvari and Liakhvi rivers. City was demolished by earthquake in1920.

In Gori located Museum of Joseph Stalin. 

 15:00 lunch at restaurant “Nikala”

Uplistsikhe – City in the rock, with long streets and ancient Theatre with Scene. Like the other cave cities in Georgia, Uplistsikhe  has a same structure like Urartu. Fortress was protected by river Mtkvari and with strong defense  it was available to control Gori.

Day 3: Kutaisi

Kutaisi is the second largest City in Georgia. Due to Legend of Golden Fleece, Kutaisi is the place where take the action Argonauts in VI century BC.  Here was Colchis Kingdom, the main goal Argonauts was to get the secret of gold from King Ayety and to obtain the GoldenFleece.

Bagrati Cathedral - (XI century) Architectural monument in Kutaisi. Today only the ruins of this church are preserved.

Gelati Monastery Complex - Gelati contains the churches of Saint Mary, Saint Nicholas and St. George. Gelati Academy was a cultural and religious center. The Gelati monastery complex was founded by King David Aghmashenebeli in XII c. There is a portrait of David Aghmashenebeli in the temple and the tomb of the king is at the entrance of the temple. In the temple there is also a mosaic icon of XII c "Mother of God".


Motsameta Monastery (VIII-XI centuries) is located in the middle of two rivers near Kutaisi. VIII century. Brothers Konstantine and David Mkheidzes were killed here by the Arabs because they refused to accept Islam. The old church was destroyed. This church was built by King Bagrati in XI century. Motsameta monastery means "Monastery for the victims". The holy parts of the brothers are stored in the monastery.

Sataplia Cave - It is known that the dinosaur footprint is found here.

Day 4: Borjomi The Borjomi Gorge, which is rich in nature and mineral waters.

Day 5: Kazbegi

Mtiuleti is a historic and mountainous region of eastern Georgia, located on the southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains. The Khevi is a small historical-geographical area in north-eastern Georgia. He currently belongs to Kazbegi region, located in Mtskheta-Mtianeti region. Located on the north slope of the Caucasus. It is from three valleys-Truso, Tereg, Sno gorges

• Ananuri - It is a 17th century monument. It includes a tower, a small domed church, a large domed church and a bell tower. The Ananuri complex looks at Zhinvali water reservoir which was built in 1971.


Georgia is famous not only with wine, cultural monuments, meals and sea resorts but also in the world of winter ski resorts located in Georgia. Return to Tbilisi.

Day 6: Kakheti

Bodbe St. Nino Monastery Complex, which is the Episcopal Center of Kakheti and is located 2 km away from Sighnaghi, is a special and distinctive place. He has been repaired and restored many times. In the XVII-XVIII centuries Bodbe Monastery was an important educational hub.

Sighnaghi is one of the most beautiful cities of Georgia. Sighnaghi, as the city was formed at the end of the XVIII century, was built around the fortress and built around Erekle II. Sighnaghi was established mainly as the artisan and merchant city. Sighnaghi always played an important role in the cultural life of Georgia. In XX century it was a favorite place for artists, artists, writers.

Return to Tbilisi.
